Spring has arrived, and with it a new bottling line at Brasserie de Silly.

At the end of 2017 we decided to invest in new bottling equipment to enhance the quality of our beers – a priority for the entire team. This new gear has now been installed and bottles of fantastic Silly beers will be filling up on it very soon.

This investment will help us to improve quality across the board; in-bottle re-fermentation will be improved, enhancing the overall quality of our beers. And, it’s easier for our staff to use this modern fully automated equipment.

This is just the beginning and several other projects that will add make our beers even better and our customers even happier are in the pipeline.
