Brasserie de Silly is located just 40 km southwest of Brussels, in the agricultural heart of Hainaut. It is a region with little tourism that really deserves to be discovered. For all hikers who flee the crowds and like to get off the beaten track, it is possible to combine the discovery of a beautiful terroir in one day with a visit to the artisanal brewery of Silly.
The region of Silly
The heritage of Silly is surprising: churches, chapels, potales, historic monuments, pillars, old typical houses, large farms. The walks on foot or by bike / mountain bike allow you to take alleys, paths, forest tracks, country paths and admire very beautiful rural landscapes. Many signposted circuits exist, and it is possible to walk them with a guide. Silly Musical Spring is a classical music festival that takes place annually in Silly. Created in 1990, its concerts take place in castles, churches and exceptional places.
Visit & tasting at Brasserie de Silly
Brasserie de Silly can be visited by appointment by groups of at least 15 people. During the visit you will discover the entire brewing process (brewing, bottling). Afterwards, a tasting of the craft beers of Silly is provided.
