Brasserie de Silly usually puts in an appearance at the Horeca Expo and this year was no exception. The brewery exhibited in Ghent from the 18^th to 22^nd November 2018. People flocked to the largest hospitality fair in the country to get up-to-date with the latest trends and taste the passion of our expert brewers.

This year saw the introduction of our new stand, built for 100% from re-usable aluminium panels. This new booth design has considerably cut the amount of waste and makes our entire approach far more sustainable. This modular booth will be recreated on a smaller scale at Horecatel in Marche-en-Famenne from 10^th -13^th March 2019. Make a note in your diary. We look forward to meeting you there.
