We are building a new production hall in our brewery. The building works commenced in mid-November 2018 and finished in May 2019. Most of the heavy work is now behind us. The hall has a surface of 500 m2. It will be home to the barrel line as well as eight new cold storage tanks of 50 hectolitres each for the storage of beer that is ready to be bottled or transferred to barrels. There are also 50 oak barrels used for maturing the Scotch Barrel Aged. We aim to increase our production capacity to 35,000 hectolitres per year, create an even more pleasant working environment and respond even better to market trends. In brief, we will be able to serve our clients faster and better.
