Maïté Le Myé of Le Carillon, the café situated just opposite the Church of Saint Nicolas in Edingen (Enghien), is celebrating her fifth anniversary as a manager. To mark the occasion the café was revamped with a retro look, with plenty of focus on the new brand image of Brasserie de Silly. The renovation went without a hitch. It was carried out in close collaboration with our brewery and with plenty of respect for the ‘soul’ of this historic venue. Maïté likes to surprise her loyal customers with her ‘beer of the month’ served straight from the tap. She takes her pick from the abundant Brasserie de Silly range and draws her inspiration from the seasons. At Maïté’s you are always welcomed with a smile. Le Carillon has seating for 40 guests and events are staged there regularly. Maïté’s own favourite is a Silly Scotch and she does not hesitate to recommend it to her customers. Her café has a lovely outdoor terrace where it is great to relax while admiring views of the market square.
