What an incredible year for Brasserie de Silly! As we celebrate our 175-year history, it is with immense pride that the fifth, sixth, and seventh family generations look to the future, while honoring the passion and know-how passed down since 1850.
This anniversary was an occasion for unforgettable moments of sharing. On Sunday, September 21st, our “Brewery Festival” gathered over 1,600 visitors—a tremendous success that testifies to our consumers’ attachment to our beers. The following day, we were honored to welcome our professional clients like you, as well as political figures such as Deputy Prime Minister David Clarinval and the Mayors of Enghien and Silly, for a warm reception.
Excellence Rewarded: A Harvest of Medals
These celebrations were beautifully complemented by international recognition, confirming the quality of our work across all continents. These awards are a major asset for you, our resellers, reinforcing the appeal of our beers to the final customer:
Silly Scotch Crowned with Gold: We are particularly proud to announce that our iconic Silly Scotch won the Gold Medal at the prestigious Brussels Beer Challenge in November. A major distinction that highlights the consistent quality of this historic reference in our catalog.
Triumph for the Saison Village Bio: Our Silly Saison Village Bio continued to shine, winning two gold medals at the World Beer Challenge and a silver medal at the Asia Beer Challenge. Our fruit beer Pink Killer also won a gold medal in Asia.
These distinctions not only salute the consistent quality of our work but also confirm that our beers are positioned as top-tier choices on both national and international markets.
Finally, the future of the Brewery is under construction: work on our new brewhouse is advancing rapidly. Designed for excellence and sustainability, this facility will allow us to optimize our production while reducing our ecological footprint to guarantee you a lasting supply of superior quality products.
We invite you to discover all the details of this exceptional year in the pages of this newsletter. Thank you for being part of this story.
