New boiling kettle at Brasserie de Silly
Over the summer the brewhall saw the installation of a new boiling kettle. This kettle is intended to replace the former mashing and boiling kettle and will also serve as a storage tank. The new boiling kettle brings several advantages; improved quality, less oxidation, fewer particles floating around, less time spent on brewing and a more comfortable environment for the brewers. The boiling kettle is currently undergoing tests and we expect the first brew to arrive over the next few weeks. The brewery intends to make further investments to automatise parts of the brewing process. Brasserie de Silly is modernising slowly, surely and steadily as proof of its ambitions for the future.
