(Re)discover the very best of local beers: Enghien Blonde

Emile, Fabiloa, Gisèle, Maurice, Henri, André and Jeanne – all of these are the names of pop-up shops you can find dotted around the parks of Brussels from May to September. An initiative from Leefmilieu Brussel, the first ones saw the light in 2017. All summer long, the Jubelpark (Parc du Cinquantenaire), Boudewijnpark (Parc Roi Baudouin), Terkamerenbos (Bois de la Cambre), Georges-Henri Park, Duden Park, Laken Park and Rodeklooster will be dancing to the rhythm of salsa, tango, rock, afro, jazz and swing. The pop-up stores are managed by Biovrac and BARC. You can browse and buy products that comply with the ‘Good Food’ charter, organic foods in particular and regional produce sold at a fair price. There will be performances, dancing lessons and yoga sessions as well as a weekly bowls (pétanque) competition. Food is served throughout the day and with a beer on the side, your day is made.  We’ll be serving four of our beers from the tap: Silly Bio, Silly Blanche, IPA Green Killer and Triple Swaf. Just follow the lead from the thousands of ‘Brusselaars’ and visitors alike who enjoy a little bit of peace and quiet in our busy capital.
